PLEASE FIND ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET TESTED AFTER! After constantly being contacted about being on time for my appointment, I arrive 15 minutes EARLY only to find NO ONE showed up for work that day! And it wasn't just my time, gas, & money wasted, another lady was there who drove from an hour & a 1/2 away for absolutely nothing! Then while waiting in the parking lot I'm informed that the person who should've have been there since 10 a.m. called literally, @10 a.m. to say he's not coming to work b/c he's sick. Then I was told, after getting a ride an hour away from my home, that I should understand that things happen 👀 oh, I was also informed that the other people coming after me have already been informed not to waste their time. Now, seeing that I did NOT get that same courtesy, tell my she would even inform me of such a thing if she wasn't trying to anger me further. I suggested that they contact me & inform me if they can mail the device b/c I will NOT come back out there & the lady literally laughed to a point that I had to tell her "I'm dead serious!" Then I spoke w/ the doc who sent me & told them to cancel it all. Here I am 2 weeks later checking the mail only to find a device that I shouldn't have received at all with a letter of prices for if they don't receive back the same device I should NEVER have received. When I suggested it I clearly asked to be notified of IF they decided to mail it and DO NOT FORGET THE RETURN LABEL! Once the doctor was inform to cancel it all it should've been a done deal but here I am waiting for a call back from this clinic about them getting their device returned to them.

I had to do an update sleep study after having the inspire surgery to make sure all was well with the device was working properly. I chose this facility to have sleep study done due to my BCBS Rewards program listed this facility as a participant. Which I could receive a large sum rewards for completing study here.After claim was filed I received a call from BCBS stating they could not grant my rewards due to claim only listed the Dr. Dr Cheema and his NPI number as attending physician and facility name was not listed. In order for rewards to be granted facility needed to be listed.I have called several times over the last 2 months to get a correction sent to BcBs . I have been told by office they put in on claim and BCBs sent me copy of explanation of benefits and facility is not listed. It’s just frustrating that I cannot get this resolved. If it was a few dollars for my reward I would worry about it, but it over $300.00. And that a good bit of money. I spoke with Ella in billing, said she send message to billing manager who was in a meeting, and would call me today. It’s now 3:06 pm, that’s a long meeting.All I want is claim to be resent again to my insurance with the facility name on it so I can get my check from my insurance. If I don’t receive a call by tomorrow the 16th of January, I will take this matter further with my insurance and making a formal complaint. Normally I don’t complain at all but a simple request like this should not be this stressful to patients
